Don't forget the golden rule nr.1 of APC regional complainer:

"Thou shalt never accept a job at a regional where I just accepted a job at, because by some fuzzy logic, I am the last one who can accept a job here without it being an issue, but everyone coming in after me means the company will never negotiate a better contract with us".

I bet that judgmental attitude towards people who complain makes you popular with captains. Grousing on the interphone at cruise is a time-honored tradition at all airlines as far as I know -- certainly here and at AA in the narrowbody fleets.
