Default Four Year Outlook

Fo yr 1 50 $/hr plus signing bonus
Fo yr 2 59 $/hr
Ca yr 2 92 $/hr
Ca yr 3 95 $/hr

95 $/yr equals 13 year pay at envoy.

Just a little outdated there

Obviously DL is in charge of policing Guard. What would my role at EDV be when it comes to busting offenders on 21.5 and is it written to I’d have authorita, or more of a ceremonial role like the King of England?

Also can you tell us about flight benefits. At Envoy we don't come below Americans ramp rats. WE ARE TREATED EQUAL when it comes to flight benefits. Same for endeavor?

If you want 23 to 28 dollars more an hour with 120-130 credit hours. Great OT, huge flight files, excellent lines, no standby....Awesome QOL with friendly management, instant upgrades, and a great chance to go to Delta.....go to Endeavor.
Lol. Tool of the year goes to this guy!!

Gooselives has it right. Pay and QOL is everything. Endeavor is head and shoulders above us in those departments.

IMO Envoys flow would be far more valuable if the spirit of the agreement wasn’t being violated. With all the impending retirements, pilots would be wise to take money and QOL while applying to the majors of choice.

Second, I know it's not uniform, but since we now will be working for Delta, can we get a double-breasted blazer on our won and wear it so that it's broken in by the time we move to the big widget? That question applies to the hat as well.

Thank you for taking the time to address thesre all too important questions.
That’s a real cute response. Just because EDV is wholly owned doesn’t make them equal to Envoy. Remember, you have to “interview” just for a chance to work at Delta.

You're right, EDV isn't equal to Envoy. They are now superior in nearly every aspect. Much higher pay, better work rules, better schedules, more days off, more vacation time, better commuter provisions, etc...But hey, Envoy has a metered flow that will get a new hire to AA in 9 years. You and your crew can keep banging that flow drum all day long, but every month that we get metered and we hire more bodies than we flow, that flow time just keeps getting higher and higher.

Are you aware that CURRENTLY Envoy’s flow is at 12 years? That’s right. Flow is just now getting to someone hired in early 2006.

I agree. But I think it's more than just the spirit of the agreement being violated. I would like to hear the rational behind being able to say they are metering flow due to operational necessity while expanding at the same time.
