Let that sink in how much more money they make.....

Thats almost double envoys average credit plus endeavors new pay rate.....pilots are making bank

They are easily making three to four times more then the average envoy pilot

Switching is a ....
No brainer

How do they get their credits so high every month? Is that just for OT hores or family types too?

100% deadhead pay helps. And 150% pay automatically for any credit over 85 hours. And 200% overtime pay on certain days. And automated schedule adding/trading system. And...

Still unclear, did you go to EDV? And weren't you just on here a few days ago saying that pay raises were coming to Envoy?

I'm sure if Endeavor pilots are crediting 130 hours per month, its because they are picking up open time with some incentive pay.

Thus, if everyone decides to jump ship to endeavor, which at this pay there certainly will be some - those credit hours will go back down towards the minimum guarantee over time.

At Piedmont we have guys crediting wild amounts of pay as well because we are short staffed. This is a temporary thing in this industry.

I bet that all of the AA WO will match or exceed the Endeavor pay-scale in less than a years time when staffing becomes more of an issue.

Not quite, average credit per the company is about 87 hours per month. But there are plenty of people that credit over 100 hours per month regularly with either no pickups (bidding Max line range) or with one pickup. 120-130 is on the high side for most I've seen. I've never seen someone credit 160.
