How far away is it supposed to be? If it’s months out it may not show until just before bidding closes the month before

My training date is in June, so I will hold tight until we get closer to the June bid closing.

On a related note, could anyone share what the training footprint may look like for a LT upgrade.

Thanks!

New Vacancy bid in July?

Then next one October?

Or are they reinventing the wheel with this "new deal?"

I would think we’d hear something next week and the bid would happen in July. Per the new LOA the standing vacancy bid cannot happen until after the next vacancy bid. So it would behoove the company to put out a vacancy bid so they can start getting their 950 hour captains.

No 145 MIA on this bid? Are they maxed out down there?

Do you have to re-enter your bid preference if you didn’t get an award from the April vacancy? Or does it stay in the system until you get the award?

Also, how do I view what is available on this July bid? Is it on myenvoyair?

HI6

Your bid should remain.

Do a 3* and see what’s in there for your preferences. Sometimes it drops out from last bid.

The vacancy bid was sent out by HI6 earlier today

Is there any info (slide show or Q&A) on how the standing vacancy actually works other than the LOA? Do they all go 145 LGA, or pick of anything still left as they hit their hours?

I guess it doesn't show how many vacancies for each position?

Because the HI6 message gives the format as <70 DFW FO E75, etc., and if that means there are 70 vacancies, that would be HUUUUGE!!!
