Exactly. People stuck by the union in hope of a better deal. Now everyone feels defeated and realizes that $10/hr doesn’t change much. Our quality of life is still a sh*t sandwich. Not one quality of life thing was negotiated. More to life then money. Schedules are low time and crappy efficiency. People are burned out.

republic gets 16-17 days off on reserve and 17+ as lineholders...good to know!

DFW 175 September bid package has average line value of 79.2 hours and just over 14 days off.

Republic gets paid more for a few more days off per month. PBS and better work rules help.

PBS does not help pilots make more money... just want to make sure that's known.

With better work rules (that's why I said PBS and work rules), it builds more efficient pairings.
