Word around the schoolhouse is that is exactly what is happening. People going other places, generally with very little notice. They want to ramp up to 80+ a month, we'll see how that goes.

Word getting out that Envoy can't pay up?

Word from admin was that they intentionally ran smaller classes in order to prevent bottlenecks with sim time around the upcoming holidays. Torpedoed my class seniority, but oh well.

Do you really believe they can afford to play those games?
No, they are even getting people in before they even start actual training to make sure they are stuck. The talent pool is just so thin for them.

That was a lie. Envoy's MO is throw as many people on the seniority list as quickly as possible so they don't get bored and find other shiny 175s.

Similarly, they're deceiving you because they think it makes you less likely to wander off. Did anybody no-show day 2 of indoc in your class after finding out they were on the 145? We had two in my class lol.
