If they individual didn’t take the money, they shouldn’t have to pay anything back. Historically PSA has had no problems with taking applicants from Envoy or Piedmont. |

As far as I know they put a value on the flight benefits and all other “perks” you get while youre a CFI which is 5k.. i dont think the company will let you off the hook after using their flight bennies then going to another regional just like that
