I do like AA APA lanyards. It shows unity in the fight for better QOL and contract. We should follow. MEGA
Careful now, some random company stalwart walking down the terminal might claim your in violation of FM1 uniform standards. Smh at this property. Professional servitude/ AA lanyard uniformity rules is what we have in FM-1. Pilot unity busting is the intention. I protest it by not wearing AA lanyard,. Just badge holder and clip. We can not choose what color or type lanyard we wear around our NECKS like many other airline pilot groups are allowed to do. Don’t get me started on ALPA- WO carriers wearing AA lanyard, FM-1 vs APA at mainline. Notice who has balls and who does not. |

Maybe we should all start wearing AA APA lanyards and start a push to dump ALPA and have AA and all WO under APA.

What in the world makes you think APA would want us?
I'm convinced that had we gone APA, we would have been negotiation fodder when APA's current contract was up. APA would like to have us for leverage but as a representative entity, their loyalty would lie with the mainline. |

We went this route years ago when all the Eagles were under different unions. A single carrier petition was filed and granted. As result we had to pick one union for representation. APA and ALPA were the last two unions for consideration with the final selection being ALPA.
