I love it!Seriously though, some serious ground work needs to be laid out if an RTP guy will run a campaign. Right now RTP guys have a little bit of a bad rep totaling CRJ700’s

I only know of one RTP guy I would want as chairman and he has been in numerous leadership positions in and outside of the military. Also, he doesn’t care about flowing to AA because of his age. One of the main criteria of a new chairman or negotiator is someone who doesn’t plan on flowing to AA.

I agree. The last few rounds of negotiations had our union selling out for flow when it was fine to begin with. We have the best flow rate so we were set on that but all I’ve ever heard is “a quicker flow gets you to AA quicker thus more money”. But like I said, flow is fine right now and to keep selling ourselves short for it costs us money now. That’s less money into my 401k now. That’s less into my HSA now, etc.
Also, seems that most protected pilots have forgotten that many of us at L1011 and below actually have our apps in.
