Tell that to your Skybest guy over on the Compass forum saying how he works for a “legacy regional”.

I agree and disagree, I think it’s more seldom than not but I have FOR SURE been involved with conversations involving how Skywest pilots think they are mainline. You could argue we say we work for AA but we know our place and paycheck.

To be fair, that guy got laughed off the forums and then pretended he was having bro time with other CPZ and OO pilots who were in on it whilst doing it solely for the lulz. I do think he was serious though and just used that as cover.

9.20 Lanyards
Company IDs may be secured using the company approved American Airlines/
Oneworld-branded breakaway lanyard or company approved clip or retractable badge
reel. The clip or retractable badge reel can be clear, silver, black, or navy in color, with
no logo nor design.

If you are still wearing the lanyard at Envoy, then you either don’t mind helping recruiting by being free advertisement, or you actually bought their bs and you believe you are AA.

Or it was free, works, and people are not going to spend personal time and money finding a different one, and really couldn’t give a shyte.

I use a paper clip and feed it through a belt loop. It’s pretty effective.
