If you keep the regionals as a cheap operation, why would mainline bring flying back to mainline. Please dont mention the hiring for the next 10 years, one big world screw up and that's all out the window. You play the averages, you all are putting all the eggs in one basket.
While 90% (NOT 99.9) may think all they want is more flow, QOL needs to improve for everyone, without giving up for more flow. Even with the recent raises, pilots are already giving up pay for that flow. The flow needs to be a lot more in quantity and frequency for what the pay is. That’s not likely to happen, but QOL improvements, specifically to reserve rules and schedules could be really improved without too much cost. The biggest cost would be to management and Crew Scheduling egos.

Look on the bright side, you could be like PSA where we have the MEC Chair, Vice Chair, and 3 of 6 voting reps are lifers.

Guess how bid their raises were back in April. Can't really blame them for that, because there weren't any real concessions attached, but it was a nice chunk of change, nonetheless.

Three things:

1. That's two words.

2. Pilots have gotten some pretty serious carpet dances for posting crap like that online. You want to bet your career on your anonymity on APC?

3. One 'e.'

Yo man. You have described yourself as an applicant/candidate.

You might want to lock that kind of talk up.

Oh my God someone said strike. Where is your humanity. You should be burned at the stake for such a joke!

CheewiesCopilot, the fear conditioning here is real.

Come one, come all for the flow, and witness the greatest ****show on earth! The future face of pilots at mainline will be interesting to witness. AAG will have a ball.

The taste of defeated Labor is a delight, they (executives) will savory it as long as possible before they swallow.

“In Unity”
If the same chairman is a CA, can he represent the FOs? Of course he can. Get over it.
