It’s a voluntary program. It doesn’t hurt anybody. There’s no reason to be militant just for the sake of militancy. It’s not for me, so I won’t volunteer. We have a diverse group. This may work for someone with a side gig, or a family who needs them home. As long as nothing was conceded... meh.

thats accurate from what I heard. it’s 9 more hours than Mesa was offered, plus theirs has min guarantee concessions. Republic has a 50 hour paid leave.
It’s not mandatory, if it works for some guys, great. If not, they’ll be back with another piecemeal increase offer later. From what I’m seeing, this LOA won’t get many takers and they’ll have to up the deal to match the 50 hours other carriers are offering. Furlough is the last thing they want to do.
You’ve got a good MEC, let them do their thing.
