However, in April PSA’s MEC did not communicate with Envoy or Piedmont MEC’s and took a pay raise that was first offered to them right off the bat. Which is exactly what AAG expected.

PSA’s MEC is once again not taking phone calls from Envoy’s MEC and neither Piedmont.

So now I’m annoyed. Idk what nerve PSA guys and gals get to pull stunts like that but make no mistake, the industry is watching you on this round.

AAG took the bailout they own us the same way they own American. PSA prob won't offer any form of any reduced hour line.

Company can't furlough, but can offer unpaid leave stating in May per CBA.

I ain't giving up a nicklel of predeim for a 50 hour line, government says we're set until September 30. 75 hours minimum for everyone, unless they elect a personal leave of absence.

Why are Envoy and Peidmont even talking to each other?
#status quo until Sept 30.

PSA has too many new people to "buy" 50 hour lines. I don't wanna take a pay cut so one of the 1,000 new hires we have can go double dip in the Guard, or fly his old bosses Lear. Now if we get 50 hour lines for "free" I have no problem.

The only people who will take it will be guys who know for sure they can double dip, and if/when we furlough it will go away.

I'll temporarily support lower credit "fly" lines to get guys back from furlough, but not a "no fly line" for consessions.

Problem is we don't know if we'll furlough for 6 months or 6 years.

Don't waste your breath on the window lickers.

There is absolutely no reason why we wouldn't work together for a mutually beneficial agreement first of all and secondly, we're us and they are them - a concept they seem to be completely oblivious to. Do ya'll call SkyWest and Republic when you are negotiating? They provide lift for AA too, gotta make sure they're not undercutting you ! I mean the whole world is against you obviously !!!

We at Republic DID NOT accept ANY pay cut. Not certain where you got your information, but it is patently false!

You Envoy folks are reaching if you think we PSA guys are out to get you, undercut you, or any sort. The MEC and pilot group of 2013 are no longer here first off.

Y’all need to chill about looking at us about that loa and and get with your reps and figure why y’all agreed to LOA if a lot of you guys think it’s a bad deal.

And you need to get with your reps and encourage them to communicate with the Envoy MEC.

What cracks me up is the statement of "I didn't really care too much". So obviously you have been drinking the "PSA is the devil" kool aid over there if you even cared a little bit since you only started a year and a half ago. Like others have said majority of this pilot group isn't even around anymore when what happened in 2013-14 took place.

Going back to yall's second gripe about the pay raise issue. PSA's pilot group is so new. 22% of the group wasn't even around when the pay raises took place last year. All I get from reading your post is whaaa me I started at Envoy a year and a half ago and since we are supposed to be the golden child we didn't get the pay raise first... All you envoy guys are crying that you made the wrong choice of airline because you went to a wholly owned who "should" have priority over the other two and being you weren't the first it was an issue.

Don't hate on a large percentage of the pilot group who stared before these events that made you "upset" took place.

PSA has the least 50 seat jets and they're filing .80 Mach everywhere because Jet-A is 50 cents a gallon.

Envoy and PDT have their rear ends hanging way further out with so many jungle jets, and your spinning it around backwards like PSA will pull Envoy down.

You know nothing about that pay raise it was negotiated as soon as RAH inked theirs, which was right behind 9E. Dallas sat on it for a year, wait for it, waiting on the q4 stock price.

Our Reps have been communicating with us stating they have been communicating with the other WO Reps. So who's REPS are lying to who? Unless you, myself or anyone else on here b**ching, moaning and groaning are a REP no one knows... thats the point. It's all hearsay...

That's what cracks me up. You've been there a year and a half but said you "didn't really care too much" What happened back in 2013-14. Like others have said majority of the people around for that around even around anymore. So being you started a year and a half ago and you do care some sliver you must be drinking that "PSA is the devil kool aid".

Now you're annoyed about the pay raise issue. 22% of the pilot group wasn't even around when the pay raise took place. They came in after the pay raise. So all I hear from you guy when you complain about that is bitterness. Sounds more to me like you guys are still holding onto Envoy is the golden child of AAG and being you weren't the first to get or announce pay raises to attract new hires you all are bitter over it. How much higher do you think the pay raise would've been given that Endeavor and Republics were around the same?

Any proof that our MEC isn't communicating? We've been told the our reps have been in contact with the other two WO reps. So is our MEC lying or yours? Let me guess its our's because PSA is the "devil".

The fact is unless you, myself or anyone else on here is in a union position we don't know what's happening and its hearsay. I'm just tired of you envoy guys holding onto the past just to be bitter about stuff that doesn't even concern or matter anymore.
