That's an indirect "pay" cut, not the way you made it sound. You were trying to make it sound like OO and RAH lowered the hourly. If there is no flying to be done there wont be any OT to pick up, and OO will still allow incentives as necessary. If they need something covered and they don't have any reserves to cover it they will put incentive there. Not sure what you mean by guarantees adjusted, it's down to 67 hours for reserve but still 4:12 a day but you get 2 more days off. OO to my knowledge does not junior man anything, and will not need to junior man anyone into LOA since they had a lot of pilots taking the VLOA and CPTO program.
I never said anything about hourly rates being adjusted. And for the junior man, read 8. of the MOA. That's a slippery slope when leaving the door open for that.
Those are concessions. And pay cuts, even if they are indirect, are still pay cuts.

youre probably right though. We saw your 19 hours and told AAG, “We must do worse than this. We can’t live without being worse off than Envoy.” I can’t think of ONE reason why we would need or want to undercut you so you’re probably right. You should run for MEC Chairman next time around.

We set the bar last year. You could have at least met us. You failed to do so. You accepted L. E. S. S. You undercut the entire industry. We would obviously all be millionaires if you would have stood your ground.

I would agree with the poster above, the implied tone was that it was an hourly pay cut. I think it is disingenuous to call them that without offering some clarity. In terms of pressure, I am positive the company wants this agreement signed and put away, hence the pressure comment. Hell, Envoy is making it sound like it is a done deal already.

My guess is they would try and offer zero time lines to bid on, however this requires agreement between the company and the MEC, which really shouldn't happen in a case like this.
Secondly, if nobody bids them, which we hope they wouldn't, they basically disappear. This doesn't help the company either. My guess is, if we dont sign it, the company will have to come back with something better. It behooves them to allow us to fly less or not at all while still offering "reasonable" pay protections as any hour we are not paid is an hour saved. Or they could just keep paying all of us our min guarantee to sit around in hotels.
Keep in mind, it is in the COMPANIES interest to get this deal done, not ours. They need to come to the table with something fair, not a 19 hour pos.
I just hope that our MEC, which is doing a good job so far, doesn't fall for the old Envoy trick of saying "lets work as a team and we will take care of you all later" tactic. The company will assuredly try and screw us on the backside of this.

Hey buddy, stop commenting on topics you don’t know about. I make more per hour than someone at PSA at my same year.

I will stop when your junior pilots who actually don’t know anything stop blaming PSA for literally everything. They brought this on themselves. Until then I will back my pilot group up.
