Your contract says your union has to agree to furlough mitigation strategies. The fact that those concessions were already in your contract is just a technicality.
I don't want to get into comparisons between different regionals. No-one is safe, I believe in "full pay until last day". No-one is forced to take this deal.

The burden of the companies woes shouldn't fall on our shoulders time and time again with no rewards from them when times are good.

On another note, the amount of entitlement some of you guys on this forum show is staggering. You guys think you're owed the world, with an unsettling willingness to throw everyone else under the bus even during extremely difficult times, and some of you guys act like complete children throwing temper tantrums when you don't get what you want. Grow a spine and stand up to your company/union and quit ****ting on everyone else's company to make yourselves feel better. That's not going to get you guys down the road at all. AAG can just as easily rip the rug out from under you as they can anyone else, so what's yours can just as easily be not yours at the whim of papa Parker. No one is safe at any company - even Envoy - and I'm sure the guys that have been around for a long time will tell you the same thing.

Dera I understand there are pressures to take this deal and I also understand that for a small part of our pilot group, this may be a win. However, I wouldn't call what Republic had to give up a concession. Oh no, they may only get 72 hour lines for the next few months, meanwhile they are paid more and get more of the PLOA hours. I mean lets be real, this is a crappy deal the company sent down and should be treated as such.

That's an indirect "pay" cut, not the way you made it sound. You were trying to make it sound like OO and RAH lowered the hourly. If there is no flying to be done there wont be any OT to pick up, and OO will still allow incentives as necessary. If they need something covered and they don't have any reserves to cover it they will put incentive there. Not sure what you mean by guarantees adjusted, it's down to 67 hours for reserve but still 4:12 a day but you get 2 more days off. OO to my knowledge does not junior man anything, and will not need to junior man anyone into LOA since they had a lot of pilots taking the VLOA and CPTO program.

Our Reps have been communicating with us stating they have been communicating with the other WO Reps. So who's REPS are lying to who? Unless you, myself or anyone else on here b**ching, moaning and groaning are a REP no one knows... thats the point. It's all hearsay...
Pilots will be clearing 110 hours no problem while reservists do nothing and get paid 75 hours.
PSA mgmt has 0 cards to play to level the lines, so it's a high cost item right now.
Even if pilots desire to level their own schedule to help other pilots, no wants a straight give away to mgmt.
