This post is not meant to bash our union guys, they are doing a good job so far.
With that being said, the union should at least send a NASTY email asking for more explanation why they decided to shutdown QT. Those cowards shutdown an hour after the union agreed with the LOA. They ****ed me off so much that I decided to pick up OT out of base. Do they really want us to be on their side? I think they are just uniting the pilot group to go against the company and their despicable behavior.
for the record- I know that QT is not company software.

It’s like last year with the rejected AIP. MEC should have never been negotiating then. Should have been AIP or nothing. No reason to discuss anything else. And yet we got something else. I’m sure now, we’ll get some sort of reduced situation with QT... because that’s just what we do here, we allow bad management behavior.

i don't blame them tho they are pilots not professional negotiators. The whole good moral character requirement goes out the window once you join management I guess.
