Fibergas & The Boyz have now killed off QuickBid in addition to QuickTrade. Obviously this saves AAG money.

QuickTrade disappearing was the company’s retaliation for ALPA voting down the LOA getting rid of open time. While I think it was a low blow, I can see the rationalization to help the company save money. QuickBid doesn’t cost the company money, it’s just a “heck you” to the pilot group... because Envoy MGMT.

I assume they only killed the portion that enters the bid for you, right? They can’t stop the system from sorting for you.

I don’t use Quickbid so I’m not exactly an expert on how it works

And my “heck you” to them, is me picking up OT like a *****, running APU-passenger comfort and two engines taxi-in interest of safety

Management has such an amazing relationship with this pilot group.

For those with a mac it will still run happily using the auto bid script. Just navigate to webfos.aa.com

You are correct. Quickbid still works. Just the app that auto bids for you no longer works.

Pretty sure because it used spot and spot was long due to be axed.
