Even with the additional money, pretty sure the companies want people off the payroll. As long as it is voluntary, it’s not a furlough, which is an acceptable method of reducing the company foot print and reducing the cash hemorrhage.

Another LTLOA deadline without a CARES act extension. We gonna get yet another extension to the LTLOA bid? I mean I’m sure there are scores of pilots who need the weekend to consider.
What’s the over under on takers? I’ll start the bidding with 50 (wish it were higher for the new guys sake).

I’d be shocked if it was near 50. Maybe we will be pleasantly surprised though. Spirit’s pilots sure looked like they got their ******* together. How do we get into that union?

You go work for an airline that 100% controls all of its flying. Southwest, Spirit, JetBlue, and Frontier don’t have regional carriers feeding them. The buck starts and ends with them. Envoy has zero leverage. We are a staffing company that only has pilots. We don’t own planes, we don’t own routes/slots, and we don’t own terminals. We are a cost center.
