I agree. Sounded slightly defensive. Better wording would be, “It won’t be 5 years and there isn’t a damn thing you can do about it so get in line and shut up.” I don’t have any of the recruiting material, but is there an * (asterisks) anywhere on that page?

AA asked for almost triple..Envoy said no. They can fix the flow if they choose, and it would fix recruiting. We’ll see if they do anything

If it really came down to staffing a 145 at ENY or a 737 or 320 at AA, where is AAG going to make sure they have pilots?

Where is this info coming from and specifically WHO at “AA” wanted more? AA does not have a problem filling classes. Flow is a recruiting and retention tool for Envoy, not really a staffing source for AA. That being said, IF “AA” “needed” more from Envoy, they would get it.
