The bonus/pay calculator Envoy has shows you get 7,500 for a E175 type rating under option “0-500 hrs” but another section of the website stated that you don’t get it unless you have 750 hours in that type, can anyone confirm who received that bonus?

Is there a threshold to how much time you need 121 for a conditional offer vs going in for a face to face interview?

I honestly don’t know.
Been out of the 121 game since ‘18 but have 6700ish hours of it.
CJO in my inbox before 10am eastern the next day.
As the saying goes, your mileage may vary.

Good stuff, is your next step going to DFW for logbook review?

Simulator eval at interview?

Hey, does anyone know if the interview includes a simulator flight for non-current applicants? According to the gouge on AviationInterviews.com, applicants with no flight hours in the last year were required to do a sim ride, but I'm not sure how current these reports are. It seems most interviews have moved away from sims.

I hope this is a good place to put my question, I think I can't start a new thread because I'm new here.

Not 100% sure how things are currently but when I interviewed in 2017 I didn’t have 100 hours for the previous year. I did the sim eval during the interview. The Frasca is set up as a Baron and I basically flew a box pattern, ILS to a full stop with a Jepp brief. No gotchas and very straight forward.

It’s been about 2 years since I’ve flown. No sim ride, no interview. Just a logbook review and drug testing in Dallas. Pretty chill. Class date offer about 2-3 weeks later.

Pilot Recruiting

For those who didn’t get an overnight CJO, how long to be contacted for an interview?

Anyone get a TBNT without interviewing or just ghosted?

Just got the thanks for applying but we are really busy email. Applied 4 days ago.

If I may ask, when is the class date?

So I received an email a week ago saying they would be happy to schedule my ATP-CTP (starting every M-W-F) and to sign and return a letter of commitment. I returned the LOC and replied I could start as soon as the following Monday- local, no flight needed. Honestly I thought I might be making headway despite the 121 influx. Now I get an email saying “we have what we need, we’ll contact you when we open up ATP-CTP scheduling again.”

Great. Now you have my signed commitment, but don’t call us, we’ll call you. Sure wish I had an idea if it was going to be 3 months, 6 months, indefinite.

I applied 2 weeks ago, prior 121, currently flying corporate, nothing. Sent several emails with no response
