would they really turn off critical data that can only be used for flight safety purposes? I’m sure that would not look good to the FAA.

im sure some bean counter didn’t account for this cost, and now there is hell to pay. Good thing they can take it out of our 401k and promised bonuses
The platforms are different and therefore the cost structure is different. AA is using Viasat and Envoy is using cellular based data on GoGo. So I’m sure the way the data downloads is different. I’ve also never seen mainline watching movies on their flights but I did get to have that conversation with an f/o in February, so it wouldn’t surprise me if the ratio of people using it improperly to those using it properly is much higher than mainline.

It’s a package for Clark W. Grizmmmnmmn… it fell between the seats, and I didn’t see it. I’m sorry.

Merry Christmas

This little spat is becoming more and more pathetic but you can email paycomp and tell them not to withhold anything for ALPA, at least on your regular paycheck. I'm not taking a side on this but it's your call.

And just so it's clear, then you get a bill in the mail, and if you don't pay, you will be terminated.

I know people who consistently do this - or at least claim to - that still work here.

Also, while I realize you've moved on, do you really think more stick towards the pilots is the way forward for ENY ALPA? Following management's example in a bad way imo. Personally, I wish everyone involved in this debacle on both sides would resign in disgrace.

They all pay, some only after getting a notice from natl that their employment will be terminated. But they do pay up.

I'm not going to comment on this ongoing debacle here. The RW email was an embarrassement and typical for him, full of lies.
