Quick follow up here. I was one who had FlyPerdue review my app. Despite my regional having an interview program with several airlines, I'm sure that his review made it possible for me to get the interview which is step 1 in having a CJO in hand. I had a fix it email years ago and wondered what I needed to fix. Dumb a** that I am I didn't have it reviewed. Live and learn!

Since we’re on the topic, make sure your logbook data is squared away too before the app!
I used CrossCheck Hub and my interview at Delta went smoothly and NO questions were asked about my logbooks at all, and I printed them entirely using CrossCheck. I still use it at Delta too and it’s the only app that logs flights automatically when my schedule is imported! It’s cheaper than most competitors and has more apps in it that extend beyond the logbook as well.

On that note, United wants to know the date/times of all your checkrides, meaning if you aren't logging sims you should probably go back and build that into your logbook sooner rather than later before you forget.

If you do that, do NOT include that as flight time. Make sure that column is clearly delineated and not in any of your totals.

The reality is most of the big money is going to people who weren’t going anywhere anyway.
I think this will stem the tide of people bailing for some of the second tier carriers, but if something works better for you in the long run, if they call, you’ll leave.
I also think this will bring in a whole wave of people who are going to get Envoyed. Super low seniority captains who learn that they will never see a lot of the money they thought they would and very $h!t QOL until they leave sometime in the next 18 months.

Get out to where man? People are making $15k a month rn as FO's. It only makes sense to leave for your retirement job.
