We had 6 in a class earlier this month. Unconfirmed numbers about tomorrows class so might as well just wait and see how many warm bodies actually show up to class.

Don't they need 25+ a month for the flow ( protected pilots) to work?

Don't you fall into that group Cuj?

Good Luck!

Total pilots; 2013 to 1984 is a loss of 29 since early September.

That is much lower attrition than they planned for.

So, if we hired 30, and attrition was 29; then I'd say 59 left in the two months, including flows.

Their plan was based on hiring 15 a month. They're beating that so far.

That's good. Next year the average number they need goes up to 30ish though, right? They want to hire 400 - that's 33 and 1/3 per month.
