I sure do instigate when warranted. Someone has to let new-hires know what they're getting into if they decide to go to PSA.

Now one thing I don't do is post inaccurate information and present them as fact, unlike First Class. His lack of maturity is astounding and scary at the same times, considering the amount of responsibility that goes into being a professional airline pilot.
