How long to hold DFW? Not concerned with long reserve stints, living in base. Has the displacement bid for NYC closing been done yet?

Yes, the 824 was awarded through arbitration. That is EXACTLY why it is important to have a contract with things in writing. Any violation comes with gains for us through arbitration. With that said, AA has been flowing up more Envoy pilots than the contractual minimum. Call it what you will...an olive branch and/or a business move. Either way, we all benefit.

Take a step back and breath for a second. You have been one of the loudest negative nancies on here and talk airline for 2 years. Now that there is not much negativity anymore you are grasping at straws.
You and a couple others are spin doctors, intentionally ignoring anything that might make anyone think ENY is anything less than rainbows and unicorns. We're certainly not the worst, but this isn't heaven on earth. Evidently pilots nationwide agree with me. Few that are here want to be, and those that aren't here don't either. |

Loudest? Hardly. Negative Nancy? How about realist. Not much negativity? I'll give you it's nothing like they put us through the last two years, but closing half our bases, giving our airplanes away, and unilaterally changing RSV rules aren't exactly olive branches. Doesn't change the fact that a new Envoy guy today should be at AA within 6 years, while applying through the front door everywhere. It's a nice backup plan |

It's been confirmed by Envoy pilots that the latest to flow were 1999 hires, two decades ago.
Also confirmed is there are FO's on reserve for over 4 years. As my friend George once said its fuzzy math. Good Luck! This math, however, is not fuzzy at all. By forecast flow, a new hire today will move in to AA in 6 years, or less. Keep clinging on to the "where we are today" idiotic thought process. 2 years ago, PSAs "today" was ugly with no hope in site. A quick screwing over of the fellow pilots at other regionals and where are you today? Envoys current flow is a result of 9/11 and the resulting decade long slowdown. Could it happen again? Sure! By that logic then, Envoy pilot new hires would flow in 16 years and PSA in 30. Current reseve is high here. I don't know anyone on reserve that long without choice, but it is still pretty high. Let's see what it is this time next year. Seriously kiddo, you have been trolling badly for so long you really are looking like the village idiot. |

Not to worry though, we'll be happy to staple your pilots on to the bottom of our list. Many of them may choose to be Captains right away! Good Luck! |
