From a union email last week.
"Members of union leadership and staff met with company representatives today to discuss PBS. The parties met to resume the process specified in the PBS agreements previously negotiated. The meeting laid down the ground work for moving forward on PBS."
Not so mysterious...

It wasn't that. It was the way he put parentheses around PBS. As in: the company and union are meeting to discuss "PBS". Wink wink.

But don't be surprised if the ALPA survey results are not inserted.
The MEC is posturing to have them take the 8+million across the board NOW rather than giving them leverage in threats for months to come.
Still waiting for the draw down schedule too.
