You people are pathetic! You all know these airplanes belong at envoy! Instead of posting on the envoy thread why don't y'all start a knew thread about which cheap *** regional is the new lowest bidder to further the race to the bottom! One thing management is counting on is that wherever they put these airplanes they'll be able to be staffed. After reading these posts it looks like they'll be right as all anyone seems to care about is getting each others flying no matter how cheap they pay you! Oh but congrats envoy! Thanks for saying no so we can do all your flying! |

I just love reading the daily posts from the same people who so openly congratulate the envoy guys/gals for their selfless sacrifices and attempts to better the industry for all, while at the same time disguising their salivations for getting these shiny new 175's for their own personal gain and satisfaction , and camouflaging their own impatient impulses as "speculation" for whom will win the golden prize!
The only reason any non envoy pilot (employed at another regional) even comes into this thread lately is to see if there is any news about them possibly snaking the flying at their crappy regional. Though they would never admit it. Bunch of snakes in the grass. |
Envoy's future

They absolutely make me want to vomit. |

Maybe. I suspect the deal has been completed for 140/45 flying for a while (which is why TSA has been on a hiring binge across the board) and the final decision on the 175s is what has held any announcements up. They can give whatever planes they want to whoever they want, the major thing is that there will not be enough staffing. I don't care anymore, AAG won't take a dime from my pocket. |
but they did receive the FAA Golden Wrench Award

CP can't grow because of the flow (can barely handle training associated with 120+ leaving a year) and Hulas won't pay money out of his own pocket for new contracts. Won't happen unless there is a contract for more 175s. They won't hitch a sinking ship to a profitable operation. Also Delta won't be happy and could tank both airlines if they pull flying from CP. Delta has alot invested into CP and they won't be happy about Hulas bringing someone into the party. I bet they'd buy CP back before they would allow CP to fly for someone else. So three months ago you were saying Delta would never let Compass fly for anyone else, and Compass couldn't grow because of training for the flow. Now you're saying something completely different. Which is it? If your COO was going around talking about bidding on aircraft, he better be careful because Hulas runs a tight ship and managers with loose lips tend be gone pretty quick. After dealing with this company for many years either he was making you guys feel good, or speculating because anybody with any real knowledge of what is going on at TSH are tight lipped right now. |

For one, I will confine my discussions of these aircraft to the TSA board, and think we all should do the same. |
:oFlyingkat, I don't know who you "know" up there at the stc cuz 90% of the time you talk as if you're management yourself but you're drowning in some serious Tsa koolaide. The only thing that Tsa might get is some more trash 145s from Mexico. Compass and gojet will do the real flying. Tsa specializes in scraps. No offense!

Classy - on your part Flying Kat.
