I would never base my career decision on an "if". History has a way of repeating itself, my guess is absolutely nothing comes of these talks. Management wants a system here which the pilot group is dead set against. Even if management were to propose an agreeable deal we have a sizeable group of pilots who will vote no on any deal just because they're upset and want to get back at the company.
I agree that the sky is probably not falling at Envoy. However, there are better choices than Envoy. As someone else said, some regionals are filling classes whether Envoy pilots want to believe that or not.

I wasn't saying to base a career move on an "if," my point was that nobody knows what the future holds, so his decision to come here can only be graded in hindsight, which is always 20-20. Right now I wouldn't say this is a great place to come, but I also wouldn't say that it's the worst. I wish the best of luck to all new hires and encourage them to find enjoyment in the job.

I have interviewed and have offers from Envoy, Mesa, Horizon, and GoJet. How do I choose? From reading these post there seems to be a few negative posts mixed with some positive. Any input you guys have would be much appreciated.
