AWAC certainly could if they got a 1:1 trade for some or all their -200s. The only sticking point is they have really good rates for the 51-70 seat range. Considering they rejected the TA last year that dumped those rates, it would be entirely up to their management to go down this path with those existing rates.

Is it just me or does this "new" news seem a little back dated? By almost half a year at this point? I have been watching from the side lines at a different regional and I feel bad about how they have been treating you guys at envoy... I mean I can see how this news can look good from a insiders point of view but from the outside the news posted here still looked like a pile of ****.
From what I can tell is, they are trying to get each of their contractors in one type of aircraft to reduce costs, and change out the smaller planes for a little bigger planes so they don't need as many pilots.
Where is the happy news that everyone is getting a $10 pay increase or something to get people in the door?

Actually I've been used sparingly on reserve at AWAC the past couple months, and it's been fairly similar on the FO side. Although I know a few that are waiting on class dates, so that could change quickly.
