W/13,000 applicants, I don't think we will have a hard time getting pilots...no problem at all.

How many of those 13K also have applications on file at Delta, United, Southwest, FedEx, etc...? How many of those 13K already have jobs at one of those carriers?

Doesn't matter. If there was no flow, we would be hiring folks left & right just like the other two carriers. It's because of the contract & furloughs we don't hire as much off the street. Most pilots & I wish all, get in where they fit in. First one gives a class date is the first one they go to work for.

Again, I don't think we would have an issue staffing AA.

The consensus from all I've spoken with is that the worst day on reserve at AA, is still better than the best day at EagleVoy.

This side of the house is a piece of cake. I've been home 8 straight and I'm on reserve. Never had those days at MQ.

My record was 23 off in a row on long call sitting at home. Can't wait to move to domicile and sit short on the bigger equipment. That's one heck of an easy life.

As the S80's go away they are being replaced by Airbus's and 737's. No need to fret. I do wish I had been hired to that side though, I always wanted to fly the S80.

I wouldn't have ever dreamed of bypassing had I been at Eagle.

Oh and good luck buddy XD

Are you that slow? You can't be a captain if you can't keep up.

Good Luck!

The 80 was a great jet, but I'm loving the 73. Tight fit, but the loudness of the cockpit is a little misleading. The 145 is waaaay louder.

I'll never be as good as you are in your mind. I've accepted that fact. I'll also never be as good as you at flight sim. You have far more hours logged than me and let's face it... Experience matters.

The 73 is almost identical to the E175. You bet envoy pilots are excited about that!

Good Luck!
