Nothing to be fooled about. The bid mask is unofficial and essentially meaningless, but loads of fun to speculate about. The official vacancy bid was released, those are the numbers we have to work with. Nobody released anything that could be construed as contradictory to what we received. Much less your hyperbole about "100 captain vacancies".

1,100 recalls left. They have until May 2016 to decide. It's expected no more than 200 come back between now and then FWIW.
