How many Envoy threads are going to be created with recruitment attempts? This reeks of desperation.

The Envoy guys know that if they don't recruit people quickly, there is no way that the flow can continue as projected. AAG is not going to flow people and kill the regional lift that Envoy gives them.

It is sad that the Envoy pilots on here would blatantly lie and screw over new pilots and try to get them to go to Envoy. There are 3 year guys still on reserve as FOs and they think that people will believe that new hires will flow in 5 years. It doesn't work like that.

It's not like we've been restructuring for the past 2yrs huh... Also going from 95% of all AAs feed to now a portion HURT during the downsize but now we're prime for movement, based strictly on attrition not growth... It's not "hope you're in during the massive growth" it's continuous movement based on a 50% of AA hire classes.

Please tell me how I or anyone else am "blatantly lying" or otherwise trying to screw over new pilots. Honestly, I'm curious.

They used to say that about Doctors. And Lawyers.

Look how the public perception of those professions has changed since they started advertising.

Do people really believe and trust anyone in aviation?

Rule #1

If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

Rule #2

Management will do and say anything to fulfill their goals.
Desperate times call for desperate measures. It will fail and Envoy won't get the number of replacement pilots it needs. By this time next year, the landscape will have to change once again and another plan however cockamamie will have to be embraced.

Envoy has a team of mules (at least one with an ALPA saddle blanket) willing to haul HUGE amounts of water for them. Expect that flea-bitten convoy to continue for awhile.

Exactly. Many here are more then willing to lure in unsuspecting saps to fill a necessary void to ensure their safe exit. It's really pilots throwing other pilots under the bus to help themselves. Sadly, some of these characters will soon be at AA as part of the 824 infecting the AA pilots ranks with their disease.

Says the guy that flew over and it's always angry. Perfect match for AA pilot...
