Talk to ALPA rep today and 40 guys were skipped on the award today that had the time. I’m sure there will be big changes on the final award.

Couldn't say. The one guy that I talked to personally was nowhere near being close.

I’m I was curious to see if they were awarding it to guys that were within a month or two of getting the minimums then scheduling them for training, or something along those lines

I don't get why the company is tripping over their own feet here. It's unbelievable the steps they are taking. Finally we have movement and NHs low upgrades and the company wants to increase the training back log. Every single FO that is forced to upgrade can bid back to FO the next vacancy. If the company decides to 15G4 again then it will only create more training cycles.

I realize that. It's still ridiculous that these guys were displaced when they weren't qualified, even if it's still the prelim. By the way, updated prelim up on the company site now. The updated prelim today has several FOs showing DISP that were not yesterday.
