Guys in the left seat that are ‘more quality for your money’ given you’re giving the bonus anyway one way or the other?

I don’t mean to say that guys coming in with 121 are bad, just that guys flying with the company for a couple years or more is going to be better. Seems to me, management dissagrees and I don’t follow the logic.

Guys needed some advice on what someone would do in this situation. I have an offer from Allegiant & Envoy. In the long run which airline would be better to work for? Also if I decide to join Envoy, can I become a Capt asap? I have the 121 requirement, but I am currently with one of the big ME3 ( not sure if Envoy will accept my A320/A330 sic time as part of the 1000 required to upgrade. Not sure if there's a regulation based on it. But any advice would help. Thank you.

Your Middle East time won’t count towards the 1000 121 time. It has to be obtained flying under a part 121 certificate (ie fkying for an operator that has an FAA certificate not a foreign one). The regs are pretty black and white on this.

As for which operator, which base are your closer to? Envoy or Allegiant?

When do you get all your D-1s and buddy passes back? Is it January 1st or rolling 12 months?
