Complete roll of the dice. I would guess 50/50. There is really no way of knowing anything until it happens. The more prior 121 means more likely the CRJs will go more senior, but not always.

So what is the plan with those who meet the 121 time? Go through FO training first, then immediately go through CPT training? Or immediately train as a captain?
