So, I have a class date in a few weeks . . . I also have a Spirit face to face next week. What's the true "feel" of the company right now, and the flow . . . It looks like it is 8 years or so to flow, if it even last that long. I'm not too excited about 4 sims at Spirit to be honest. Has the ship sailed at Envoy for new hires yet? What say you?

So how many 121 hours do you have? And what base are you trying to get? Then we can answer your question better. IMO, I think there is a lot on the horizon.

And flow (number of years) is a hard question to answer because there are just too many variables....it could be 6-8 but then with the retirements at all the Mains looks like it could be sooner

only about 300 121. 3300 TT. Like many out there I'd love to have E175 DFW based at some point. I realize that first choices are going to CFI's in there programs. Then prior 121 based on time (I've not got much), then age.
Thanks for answering my questions

Is that a glass half full statement? or truly what the rank-n-file seem to think as well? Not trying to be a smart *ss, really trying to see what the gauge is out there.

Extra retirements don't change the flow rate.
