If they system does not automatically give you a seat then you can not give yourself a seat. This usually happens on last minute oversold flights.

Careful careful
The new 800 121 hour program is a trick. Found out in a nick of time thanfully. You may have and interview under it but you may not get the extra bonus. They’ll sell you on it but at the last minute say no. I went where the bounus is better AND real not some trick.
