There are CPTs in the hotel? Are we talking paper tigers on foam board in the shape of the cockpit? Is this all they have at the training facility? I was thinking along the lines of at least a touch screen computer set up or non motion sim. Am I expecting too much?

Yes, nice jeans and a collared shirt are acceptable at the Envoy Training Center. Even clean tennis shoes are okay. But more than likely most will be in slacks and a collared shirt on day one since it feels kinda weird showing up to something like that in jeans. Once guys figure out it's fine to be in jeans, you'll see more and more of it.

E175 has a nice computerized touch screen CPT @ ENY HQ.
Both CRJ & E-145 has the same large paper box board CPT for flows & call outs @ hotel & HQ. Real switches not touched until your in the actual sim building (no motion & motion) end of CPT training.
