Thanks for this information. I was wondering how long it was taking them to get the guys through training. I see new guys coming online every week in ORD and NY. I can't wait until that starts to move down here to DFW.

What was the time between interview and class date?

And lastly, was all training (ground/systems) in the classroom, or did it have home based computer training or a mix. Hopefully it was all classroom based.

Thanks again
I know three people going through training now. They were hired on December 19th and the expected graduation is, including IOE is April 15th. Two have sims starting Tuesday, the others start March 6th. All 175 DFW guys if that matters.

So in general about 90 days, christmas and holidays probably slowed it down a little.

Thx

It did a little, but not as much as you think. They told everyone in that class to expect 90-120 days. Quicker on the older fleet, longer on the 175 due to sim space.

That's because of the TDY (TEMPORARY duty) they sent 30 to NY for the month waiting for new hires and upgrades to come out of the training center.

Sorry If am out of the loop, but what is the fleet plan at Envoy?

Currently:

CRJ7: 35 (Transferring to PSA?)
ERJ4: 6 (retiring?)
ER45: 74, soon to be 50.
ER75: 29, soon to be 40.

today: 144
future: 90

Is this correct? Will there be displacements back onto the 175?
