Anyone out there who recently went through the Envoy interview that has current gouge?

I have an upcoming interview in DFW, and would like to get the latest and greatest.

Unfortunately, we've gotten a lot of new hires like this guy over the last year or so. Entitled, cocky little pieces of work who think they're Chuck Yeager because they're flying a 175. They think they've got everything all figured out, they know far more than everybody else (including the guy in the left seat with tons of experience), and think they deserve to be in the left seat after 6 months. Just another way things have changed at this airline over the years.

You'd be surprised how many times the guy in the left seat with "tons"of experience coming from the E145 are screwing up bigtime.

Not fully understanding the VNAV function and VS all the time because thats how we did it in the other Jet- blowing altitude and speed restrictions.

We'll, that sucks about ORD. I guess that crosses Envoy off my list of Regionals to apply to.

Any update on getting 145 drivers out on IOE? Has the 11/21 class gotten out there yet?

They're starting and getting flying done as we speak or at least getting real close to starting IOE
