They waived the weight limit for most overseas carriers...pilot shortage. 145 will suffice now. Auto throttles, vnav, longer legs in the 175 are valid points. But I wouldn't want to be the plug when the last 175 arrives!

Default Uniform

If you are starting a sequence to deadhead to a overnight then fly the next day for IOE, are you required to wear the uniform during the deadheading flight to the overnight?

I don't know the answer to that question, but even if you are not required to wear it I would because that uniform will take up more room in your bag than anything else.

I agree, to be the butt-plug might be painful. Many probably won't care. So no bonus

Technically, yes. You'll want to wear it anyway to be able to bring your liquids through security and board ahead of the passengers.

I would not recommend taking a $5k hit on pay to work a different equipment. At the end of the day, it is a job & the risk & efforts and pay rates are the same. Take the money & base.

The more advance the better!. The E145 is a beginners jet.
