If your question is how many days in a row can they keep you on duty then 9-10 days in a row if you get unlucky in the transition. This occurs only if you have a 30 hour overnight somewhere. I haven't ever heard the company keeping anyone out more 7 days and even that's rare.
I still am not sure if that answers your question. PM me with more details.

Well of course it's inflated. So is Piedmont's, Envoy's, PSA's, and EDV's. No one is yet paying the $60K advertised pay as min guarantee, without some creative math.
I'd love to see the TS breakdown of monies that adds up to $75K.

Guess what?! WE ARE THE UNION! You have a voice. Say something and do something if you feel you are being wronged. I don't know about you but most people I fly with are first class individuals and we make up the union. I'm sure you knew all that, but I just wanted to remind you.

Max days on duty for the month is not in the contract. The only thing we get contractually is 8 days at home and even that is being abused.

New hires will stop going into it by summer, if not sooner. For how long, who knows? But guys that have been going into the 145 in LGA or ORD have gotten DFW pretty quick, even still during training. As long as you don't get stuck in the CRJ you'll be able to get to DFW fairly quickly. And as more current DFW 145 begin to upgrade, you may even begin to see DFW offered to new hires in the 145.

Why not bid E145 in DFW? Or bid 145 in another base, and you'll probably hold DFW before you finish training.
