If management violates the flow either 824 or PP it will be handled in the same manner with the same reward. Evryone believes that because the 824 was born out of a grievance and subsequent award, that it hold super powers... it doesn't.

Can someone tell me about how military obligations are handled? Four instance, drill weekends if they conflict at all with a reserve or bid schedule. Is there a stigma attached to those who need to drop trips to meet a drill weekend?
