That's a bit inflated. They use per diem, benefits, and hotel rooms to get up to that number.

This is the big problem I hear on why the flow will be maximum of 15 each month after number 824 flows. No pilots to fly envoy airplanes. Ask any envoy pilot and they will tell you about zero reserve in all status and junior assignment every week now. Managements are in the pickle because they need the pilots but are afraid of what happens to the new pilots when they slow down the flow in a few months from now. Bad medicine but it must be taken they say.

Maybe they can keep adding numbers to the seniority list like this last update. But, we need to keep up the large classes and training. Maybe they won't be able to. Maybe flow will slow. Maybe not. Time will tell. Stay thirsty my friends

Once again, who did you hear this from? I generally sympathize with a distrust of management, but you're not saying you think they will because of evidence, you're saying someone who may know is telling you it will happen. Or you're just trolling.

By the way, you don't get to say you are right if 35% is 15/mo, because that is the contractual amount.

For the record the contract says it can slow after the 824, so that isn't a maybe. If they violate the flow, however, then envoy will implode, in my opinion.

If anyone was to look into tsas website you can see how mean spirited they are. They are saying you will make 75,000 your first year but yet they include 2,3,4 year bonuses into that. Also they are advertising how their pilots are moving to the majors in less than 2 years with the company. I have a few friends over there, great pilot group but recruiting needs to slow down the coolaid.

I just looked. They are including the 10K at end of IOE and 12K at end of year one. Still 22K bonus with an additional 8K at the end of year two. But you will probably be captain at TSA before end of year two.

The flow is not a guarantee. Neither is getting hired by a major or LCC from any commuter. But they also don't give any information about the people hired quickly from them. They could easily be folks with lots of time and just lacked recency or something else that got them hired. Not necessarily because they were at commuter XYZ.

Highly doubt it. This is a pretty weak pilot group starting with the union.
