Energy management begins at engine start and doesn't end until brakes are set at the destination gate. A good crew will land the above aricraft safely. A GREAT crew will coast it to the gate...

How many times can they involuntary TDY someone?

This means ORD junior CA lineholders will be about 3.5 to 4 year captains. This is awful for us.

Heck, guys who are flowing this spring from ORD EMJ CA status may finish their time here on reserve. Apart from the returning aircraft from XJET it's pretty apparent where the 27 aircraft for NYC are going to be coming from.
