It's up on the company site. Where the bid packets are.

It appears as if the most senior FO on property got displaced to CA. I'd say it's safe to assume they ran out of qualified FOs.

Wow. Guess those top 50 weren't safe. No one should bid captain seats anymore. Take the displacement and no seat lock. See how the company likes that.

Gotta force their hand somehow.

Flow plan comes out a week or 2 after final bid. But all finished within 6 months I'd imagine.

It appears as though Street CAs just became a new reality.

So now that they are out of qualified FOs, they are gonna poach Pilots from other regionals by paying them a $45k bonus and then make them a CA before they finish training....wow

I’m told the latest nh captains were in training under the CA syllabus so the paperwork is already in place. Will be interesting to see how this gets played out. Can they train an FO as a CA before said FO was awarded CA even though he was a NH?

Most junior DFW captain is April of 2015? Makes me VERY happy to not be qualified. Maybe I should start bidding reserve to slow down my flight time accumulation. Hmmm...
