Don't forget to press the home button and press shift + delete. No one told me this so basically I never correctly sent RF messages for the first month was wondering why my open time requests were never processed.

So press the home button, then shift + delete, then **** + delete again. You see that the RF message will start out with HI0/HTL2/52AE. Then press tab skip to the next blank to type. Then at the end tab to "send" press enter and then you should get a "done" message.

On mobile FOS, tap cursor to top left of screen. Reset. Reset. Tab just like above.

If you mess up, it's best to just start over. Don't try to move the cursor by arrow keys. It may not send and you just wasted the effort to fix the mistake.

Never! And I hope they wont. If you chose to leave that's your decision and the guys that are on low on the seniority list should not pay for you mistake on leaving.

Probably right. Could be another recruiting tactic though to try and poach people from other places.
Also assuming your a newbie try asking the higher seniority guys how they feel about all your bonuses.
