To say which equipment you fly doesn't matter is a bit misleading. Hands down a plane is a plane and it doesn't make any difference which one you fly in theory.

However beyond that there are advantages to choosing one over the other. If I was on the 175 I would be bidding top 15% but I'm on the 145 so I bid about 60%. That's weekends off vs junior line holder. 175 has longer legs and less per trip vs the 5-4-4-5 on the 145. If a new hire lived in xna or lit then they would prefer the 175 because the over night.

There are numerous reasons the 175 is a better choice vs the 145. Also the same is true for the 145.

Are the lifers on any particular fleet? Also how's the movement for the CRJ? Will they keep hiring into it? Just curious where the lifer vs flowing CAs are.
