Thanks to all for the kind words.
It's been a rough ride around here for years. Lots of great folks here. It's a sad day for us. But I do believe that with all the pilot hiring ahead of us, it will all work out in the end.

Okay guys like myself from Endeavor, let's stop trying to poach people thinking they're going to flock to 9E. We all have networks and know people at other airlines, guys will reach out to friends and get referred that way if they do choose. Instead of money hunting let's offer up our support, advice and answer questions for guys interested in 9E. Let's be here to help because if you all remember not too long ago 9E was a sinking ship. Let's help out however we can

You should keep in mind United for what they are doing to XJT. And AA for what they did to Air Wisconsin. And Spirit/Frontier for not giving their pilots a contract too.

So AA gets off scott-free? Don't make it personal. It's the nature of business. It's not like they will be closing down, or even seeing a major reduction in overall flying. They'll be just fine in the long run, short term difficulties notwithstanding.
