If you are on the west coast why not go for one of the west coast regionals such as Horizon, Compass, or SkyWest?

Are you planning on commuting? That would be a terrible idea.

Both of those regionals have common good things. Both have the best pilot contracts, both have a 5 year CPA with UAL (as long as it can be staffed), and both have a CPP with UAL.

You're the only one buying into the propaganda that the company put out. That United deal means nothing. We are done as a company.

Does the United extension say specifically that Express Jet does the flying?

If they are done as a company like you say, why are they still looking to hire and waste resources? Just curious.

There is nothing stable about Regional airline flying period. The flying is constantly re-shuffled and contracts re-bid, bases open and close every couple years, aircraft come and go. Avoid if stability is what you seek.

Straw man.... we need 50 a month just to cover the remaining flying left to account for attrition. Good luck with that. FA's are quitting left and right, even in the middle of the trip. Bottom line is it's over for both sides. Skywest holdings win.
